In this initial consultation, intentions, concerns, and goals will be discussed and explored together. Main health indicators will be shared as well as a body scan of your energy field and chakras. This will allow Lesley to gain deeper insight regarding your current state of health. The remainder time will be used to create your customized plan of action.

Having established a plan of action in your initial consultation, this session allows you to check in and connect with Lesley for more advice, recommendations, and overall, gain insights about your progress.

remote Energy balancing 45 minutes

For those with busy schedules or who live a great distance away, Remote Energy Balancing is still possible. It’s a relief to know you can still receive energy work wherever you may be.

The first fifteen minutes of the session is a consultation to discuss intentions and protocols for this offering. The remainder time is used to connect with your bioenergetic field to clear old energies, infuse intentions and balance energies, and to tap into messages or insights that may benefit you. An assessment is written and emailed for you to peruse at your own leisure.

Shamanic journey 45 minutes

In this remote session, Lesley will journey inward through the three worlds of reality to seek your spirit animal or soul retrieval. Each journey stands alone as well as the information collected. Lesley's intention is to collect the most loving energies to pass on to you in the present. A detailed email will transcribe her findings and feedback for you to process at your own time.
